Heavy rain prevented any play in this Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy match between Sunrisers and Thunder at Northampton.
The showers proved unrelenting throughout the morning with heavy downpours forcing the players to take an early lunch. With no prospect of a break in the clouds and a wet outfield, the umpires called the match off at 1.15pm.
Both teams, who currently sit near the bottom of the table, take two points each. Thunder had been looking to continue the momentum from their victory against Northern Diamonds on Tuesday while Sunrisers were looking to bounce back from defeat against South East Stars.
