Sunrisers Head Coach Andy Tennant has named a squad of thirteen to make the short trip to The Kia Oval on Saturday, to face South East Stars in the Charlotte Edwards Cup.
Loanee Sophie Munro returns to the squad having missed Thursday’s defeat to her parent club The Blaze at Lord’s.
Tomorrow’s game gets underway at 2.30pm in the capital, in Stars’ first ever stand-alone fixture at Surrey’s world famous ground.
Sunrisers suffered defeat to table-topping Blaze, after posting a competitive 137/7 on a chilly afternoon. Grace Scrivens top-scored with 42, supported nicely by Jodi Grewcock and Jo Gardner (both 22), before becoming unstuck by an unbeaten 100 run partnership by Scottish internationals Kathryn and Sarah Bryce.
Stars were victorious when the sides met less than two weeks ago at Lord’s, coming out on top by six wickets in a low-scoring game, and have since qualified for Finals Day despite defeat last time out.
Sophia Dunkley scored another half-century as they hosted Sparks at Kent’s St Lawrence County Ground, with Stars posting 122/8. Courteen-Coleman claimed another three wickets in the reply, but Sparks chased their target with four balls and three wickets to spare.
The game starts at 2.30pm at The Oval, with tickets still available to buy online. Tickets cost £10 for adults, and £1 for U16s.
If you can’t make it to the game, make sure you tune in to watch the free live stream on Stars’ YouTube channel, alongside updates on our social media channels. We wish a safe travel to those of you joining us in London.

The Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy returns at the end of the month, with two home games on consecutive Sundays as we look to continue a strong start to the season, with Sunrisers currently sat top of the table.
